Western Channel - 1980

It was the University of Lethbridge that allowed me to expand the idea of the moving spectator and to link it to an actual landscape. As a working model, Western Channel begins with a template of the coulees. (This template suggests a generic open form, one that mimics the siting of the University within the landscape. This is more a suggestion of process and not simply a single slice of the coulees.)
